Youths can add and edit books, change stock, record sales, handle orders and reservations, and lend books. Admins can also delete, manage people and change settings. The owner account (your Gmail) can never be removed. If a youth forgets their password, tap Change password next to their name and set a new one.

Tidy up existing books

Run these once to bring books added earlier into the new format. You see every change first and choose which to keep. Titles are done 20 at a time; covers use one Gemini request per book, so a long list may need two sittings if the free daily limit runs out.
